• My department is currently using a competitor for our blogging needs; we have one main account that maintains about 10 separate blogs with multiple authors per blog. Unfortunately these blogs get stale after about one to two years since their topics are very timely. I would like to start disabling and removing these blogs, but at least make the content available somewhere as an archive.

Is it possible to export these blogs as files and then import them into WordPress as separate pages? I saw that one solution could be to create a network of blogs and then import each archived blog into its own blog, but that seems a little overkill for our needs. I have also considered adding keywords to specific blogs and their blog posts and then making customized menu items that way, but I would have to do some more discovery before implementing it.

Hopefully my description isn’t confusion. Thank you for your help!

    Sorry for the late reply.

I am trying to archive blogs from Typepad to WordPress. I haven’t had any trouble importing one blog, but with multiple blogs being archived I want to make sure that they are displayed separately.

    Thank you!
