One agent – many users in video chat

    Hi,

    I like the look of the plugin. I have a question:

    Is it possible to have 1 agent chatting by video to many separate users at once? For example could I talk to user “A” for a minute about topic “A”, then leave them on hold while I talk to a completely separate user “B” about a different topic “B” – then go back to user “A”? Is it possible to switch easily between the users so that they aren’t even aware of each other? Perhaps in different browser tabs? I guess what I need is the ability to have separate conversations with multiple users at the same time.

    Yes, agents are entirely isolated and are not aware of each other.
