one admin to different subsites

Is it possible to install one wordpress with several themes and add-ons and serve it on different sub folders like
https://www.domain.com/myname
https://www.domain.com/yourname
https://www.domain.com/nonameEvery user should have their own url like above and should be able to choose one of the different themes, add their own pages and posts.
Is it possible to admin all these sites with one wordpress application.thanks for the tips.
