One Admin Multiple Authors, Possible?

Hello.

Is there any possibility to create only one admin consisted multiple authors? So, that one admin can write a post and fill the author name according to the who the writer is. (because the writer send their own article to the email, not directly write on their account for safety reason).

Is it possible using with/without plugin?
