    @warrenmyers Please EMAIL ME login credentials for your WP install and, if possible, also ftp access to the site. My developer will take closer look and see what we can do to fix the issue.

    @warrenmyers Thank you for emailing the WP Admin and FTP access however the FTP credentials are not working. As soon as we can FTP into your server we’ll be able to continue our work on fixing the problem our plugin is having on your installation.

    @warrenmyers Thank you for getting us working FTP credentials. However, now the WP Admin login that you provided no longer works. We need both if we are to help you.

    @constructivegrowth: I’m 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums. Really – do not do that here.

    The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice, however, by giving someone the keys to your house, you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    @esmi I’m sorry if I violated a www.remarpro.com forum policy I was unaware of before now. I have been trying to help this user of our plugin and have had a difficult time contacting him at his email and thought posting here would get the message through to him. I will not do this in the future.

    @warrenvmyers We have been able to resolve the problem you were having on your site. There were two problems. One had to do with a configuration on the HostGator server you were on, which they have now corrected. The other is a conflict with another plugin which we are in the process of fixing and will update our plugin in the WordPress repository as soon as it’s done.

    Thank you for your patience with us as we worked through these issues.

    I am having a similar issue issue.
    The page loads fine initially but then it gives an “oops something is wrong” and the map stops showing.
    on a search (I tried street address with zip code, and just zipcode) the little progress graphic runs but no result.
    I am on hostgator. Are you saying that’s an issue?

    @mikednjusa – This topic is 8 months old and already marked as Resolved. Although it may appear that you have the same problem it is likely that the troubleshooting and solution for your issue is not the same.     And read @esmi’s post above. We do not recommend giving anyone admin access to your site. There are many ways for a plugin author to get the information they need but accessing the user’s site is not one of them.
