Once Popup Published, Can No Longer Edit

  • Hi, I’ve setup a number of popups. Once these are published, if I want to edit, The Content window is okay but the Appearance page / selection items are all blank. I’ve turned off my cache plugin to make sure that wasn’t the issue and it has no effect. Thanks for your help! Except for this, I really prefer you plugin to others I’ve used.

    That shouldn’t be the case. Have you tried deactivating other plugins to see if any is affecting?
