Once I import db script, my site is disabled (does not appear!)

  • Wondering if anyone else has/had this issue. I am able to successfully export my db script and import it. But once I view the website — i get a BLANK screen.

    //localhost:8888/project >> //clients.mydomain.com/project
    /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/project >> //clients.mydomain.com/project

    Locally, I am using MAMP.

    I don’t see any errors in the browser console – not sure what is going on.

    Hi tonyaedmonds,

    I am sorry for the inconvenience.
    Could you edit your wp-config.php file and set WP_DEBUG to true?
    While doing, refresh the frontend and you should see an error there.
    Please copy the error here or send it to support at servmask.com so that we can take a look.

    Hi – I changed the WP_DEBUG value to true and still don’t see anything on the screen or in the error console.

    Did the import complete?
    Can you find anything in the error log?
    Our error log is located on /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/storage/error.log
