We have updated SlimStat from 3.6.4 to 3.6.7 and of course SlimStat stopped working for multiple blogs in our WordPress network.

    This is so frustrating!

If you are going to add features to SlimStat you need to also focus on quality assurance!

We now need help to sort this problem out as soon as possible.

Is it possible to rollback from 3.6.7 to 3.6.4 without problem?

We have now tried uninstalling SlimStat and reinstall it but it seem like the tables are NOT deleted from the database.
How can we completely delete SlimStat?

The uninstall script should take care of removing all the tables, as you can see. If that didn’t happen, you may want to check your mysql error log to see what was wrong. As for the update, nothing has changed in the tracking engine from version 3.6.4 to 3.6.7. What’s the URL of one site where the plugin doesn’t work?

We have disabled the plugin since it is not working!
But the uninstall script does not remove the tables when we uninstall SlimStat and no errors are logged in MySql.

We really need your help to remove SlimStat as soon as possible!!!

Edit: We really need your help to remove all tables that SlimStat installed and then reinstall SlimStat again as soon as possible!!!

By overwriting 3.6.7 with 3.6.4 everything started to work again. So something has change from 3.6.4 to 3.6.7 that broke our installation. ??

You can see in the changelog what was updated. Without any errors or other clues, it’s quite hard for me to GUESS what could be happening.
