on_sent_ok Not Tracking in Universal Analytics

  • Universal Analytics is installed and a corresponding goal is set up, but on_sent_ok doesn’t seem to be firing.

    on_sent_ok: “ga(‘send’, ‘event’, ‘Appointment’, ‘Submission’);”

    I don’t suspect it’s related to a somewhat outdated version of WordPress, but please let me know your thoughts.
