On variable products, minimum value is forced to 1.0

Minimum Value: 0.01
Step Value: 0.01

On simple products, this works fine. As an example: https://thirstyquaker.com/product/test-grain-option/ (password “testgrain”)

But with variable products, the default value appears as 0.01 but then is immediately changed to 1.00 after trying to increment, and it can not go below that value.
