On the same site, some forms are not working

    Hello,
    Since 15 days (with no changes on the website appart CF7 and WP updates), I have this page for which some contact forms (request an intervention in all languages) are not working anymore (and they were working before). If I replace them by the regular form (the one in the contact page for example), it works. So I guess something goes wrong in the form. I Have this error in the inspector (api-fetch.min.js?ver=a783d1f442d2abefc7d6dbd156a44561:2 POST …/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/25014/feedback?_locale=user 500 )

    I’ve read it could be the cache or one plugin causing conflict but then why it works for all other forms?

    Ow sorry, it’s a custom theme based on bootstrap 4

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and Flamingo, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
