• Great looking and easy to use plugin. Unfortunately a lot of the features are saved for the expensive ‘pro’ versions of the plugin. You can get some of these features for free with other contact form plugins so have had to revert to a different plugin. A brilliant Contact form plugin but be prepared to spend hundreds of $ to get some of the key features!

  • Hi torquegod,

I’m glad you found our forms easy to use! One of our core goals is to make the process of building and managing forms as simple and straightforward as possible.

We also have worked hard to include everything needed for simple contact forms with our free version. This way, our users have the choice to continue using Lite for as long as they’d like — or to upgrade if they’d like to add even more features.

By offering paid licenses, we are able to continue improving, supporting, and adding even more features to both our free and paid plugin versions.

We feel that we offer super competitive pricing for each of our license levels, and that combined with the dependability of both our plugin and team are often major factors in choosing to use our paid licenses. And so I’m sorry if our licenses don’t feel like a good fit for you right now.

I hope you’ll consider our forms again down the road, though. And if you do, please know our team would be happy to help out if you have any questions ??

    Hi Jess,

Agreed on everything, aside from super competitive pricing. All I want is to add signatures to my contact forms, something that Contact form 7 offers for free and there are several free JS options out there on the internet. For this it would cost me $399 to upgrade licenses (currently half price but still $200).

This is not ‘competitive pricing’. That is extortionate.

I won’t be considering your forms again down the road. If I find a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, I won’t be chucking hundreds of $$$ at WpForms – I’ll pay for a course in PHP development and develop my own contact form solution. For now I’ll stick with Contact Form 7 and it’s FREE Signature addition.
