Hello. I’m having a problem with some addresses that I’m trying to input into Store Locator. The website is https://www.tropicisleliving.com. The addresses are all based in Jamaica. I have one address already in the database that is located in Jamaica that I entered a couple months ago which works fine but it was obviously on an earlier version of Store Locator.
I have tried downgrading to lower versions of Store Locator in addition to checking Google Maps API, etc. I have also verified address in Google Maps. Is it that Jamaica is not supported in Store Locator anymore. Let me know. Thank you in advance.

  • The only time I’ve seen a red location in my list is when the address was incomplete. Updating the address fixed it.

I tried retyping the address, I tied creating a new address, I verified the address in Goggle Maps and copied and paste it and its still showing red. Very frustrating.

The addresses I’m trying to input are all based in Jamaica. Here is one of them:
    Lily’s Beauty Barn
    35 Constant Spring Rd
    Kingston, Jamaica

Name of Location: Lily’s Beauty Barn
Street – Line 1: 35 Constant Spring Rd
    City: Kingston
    State: Jamaica
.. just put it in, and had no problem inputting this location using the above fields

I tried that.Is there any known plugin conflicts that would affect the entry of addresses into the Store Locator? Also when I updated the plugin last night to the latest version it literally crashed my website. I had to quickly downgrade back to the previous version.

Hey version v3.75.1 seem to have finally solved the problem. The addresses now work properly. The website isn’t crashing either and all my plugins are still activated. Great!!! Thanks again.
