    Hi jamminjr,

    No, it does not matter what folder name your files are stored in. As long as you keep the filename and folder path the same in both Dropbox and your WooCommerce it should just work fine. Be aware; it is not possible to select a folder to be downloaded. Instead, you should add multiple files separately or zip them up as a whole.
