On Spesific Url not working

  • Hello ??

    I dont want pop up on homepage
    i want it only at sitename.com/#1

    I changed setting: “On Spesific Url” 

    On specific URL
Shows the PopUp if the user is on a certain URL.
Show on these URLs (one per line):
sitename.com/#1
URLs should not include "https://" or "https://"

    Yes, it opens at sitename.com/#1
    But it still open in homepage (sitename.com)

    What can i do?
