On specific URL not working

Make sure you are using latest version of WordPress PopUp plugin.

Is it working fine if you don’t use “On specific URL” condition?

Please share me which URL you have added in the “On specific URL” condition.

hello – I am having the same issue – it works fine if there are no conditions – but I only need this on one page.

I have entered this url in the field:

https://www.90west.com.au/90-west-video/

but when you view it there is no pop up.

I would appreciate any suggestions you might have. I am using latest version.

Hi, I have solve this problem. Not because the plugin is backdated.
You need to click the “add-ons” link under the Pop Over menu and then activate the “Test Head Footer” add-on.

I dont know what that is, but immidiately after I activated it, the pop up on specific URL appear.

I visited the page https://www.90west.com.au/90-west-video/ but it displayed 404 page not found error as the page doesn’t exist.

That’s great news! Glad it’s working for you now ??

The “Test Head Footer” add-on tests for the existence and functionality of wp_head and wp_footer in your active theme and if it doesn’t exist then it displays error message.

This add-on doesn’t provide any other functionality than testing. i think this might be a temporary issue on your site like caching.

The popup should work without activating “Test Head Footer” add-on.
