On-Site Messaging displays but cannot be clicked

    I use Klarna On-Site Messaging for WooCommerce. On the product page I added sidebar-promotion-auto-size in payment arrangements.
    It appears on the website (simplified – as an image, banner), but cannot be clicked, does not transfer to payment, etc.

    Hi,

    The placement “sidebar-promotion-auto-size” is only the logo and is not clickable. If you are after that I suggest you look at some of the other placements you can use in your merchant portal at Klarna.

    Is there an option that allows me to redirect to the payment from the product page?

    Hi,

    Not that I know of from the On-Site plugin I’m afraid.
