On scroll animation stopped working Sensible theme

Hello, I recently activated a child theme for the Sensible theme by modernthemes. The on-scroll animations worked perfectly yesterday, but now they seem to be disabled. There’s a section in the customizer where you can choose not to display animations and I made sure that option was not selected.
If anyone has any ideas I’d greatly appreciate some help! Thanks!
