• Hi,

I’m having trouble with the error messages on registration forms using the TML-Plugin.

I have multiple instances of the registration form and assigned them different instance IDs in the shortcodes. (Based on the instance a user registered with, I change the user role for that user).

However if a user tries to register with a username or email address that exists already or with a password which is shorter that 6 chars, the corresponding error messages won’t get displayed.
The user only gets redirected to the blank registration form again with ?instance=ID added to the url. Digging a bit into the code, the problem seems to be that the instance somehow is inactive?

You can try it out on https://jobwrk.com/arbeitgeber/registrieren/ with the password “test” for example.

    Thanks for your help!

    Kind regards,
    Jonas Vogel

I’m not so sure that the instance idea ever worked as intended. With that said, the next version will be doing away with instances. Failed attempts will go to the actual page it was posted to, to display the errors.
