    Good day,

    on product screen, when I product variation, the price and related details don’t change based on selected option. This happens when I import products from the CSV. However, when I load the products manually, the selection works well. I have tried everything but the I’m failing to resolve the issues. I have read most of the related posted, but I not succeeding.

  • Hello,

    You’ll first want to run a full conflict test to determine if the issue is coming from a plugin/theme conflict. Please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    Hi Maykato,

    Thanks for your speedy response. I did the conflict test but the problem still persists. I have also check for Drop-in or Must-have plugins and I have none. I have a replicated the problem on my localhost server. I not well vest on something, however, the fact that when I manually load the variations, on localhost and live server the system works perfectly well, seems to suggest that the issue might be related to importing process or the data captured. If my suspicions are correct, what must I look for exactly in the CSV data or import process? I have investigated as best as I can. Your thoughts?

    Thanks for trying the conflict testing.

    It sounds like something within the CSV file you’re importing is not properly formatted. Could you please share a sample of your CSV when importing this product so we can take a further look and try to replicate the issue on our test sites?

    Hi again @jackmuntu – it’s a bit difficult to tell where the issue could be with that CSV, since it’s delimited by semi-colons. I tried converting to Excel, but had some issues.

    I also decided to run a quick debug on the product page directly and found a JS error when selecting different variations from the dropdown.

    Are you able to temporarily activate the Storefront theme once again and let us take a look while it’s still active? If not, can you create a staging site and link us to the product page with Storefront active there?

    Also, in case that doesn’t help, could you share your current System Status Report? You can get it by navigating to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status. Once there, click on the “Get system report” button and then copy it by clicking on the “Copy for support” button.
