On pressing social share button at my website, only the link URL appears on FB

Hi,

Thanks for the nice plugin that you have built and maintaining.
I have a question for you.

I am having share buttons from Po.st at my website.
When ever I am sharing a post from my website using the social share button, all that appears on the FaceBook wall is only the URL to the post.

Now instead of the URL, I wish thumbnail, topic, description etc. to appear on the FB wall.

Can this be done with your plugin?
Do I have to integrate the social sharing buttons and your plugin?

Please help.
