On other content click turn off the popup

Hi,
When I open the sticky popup on the website, if I want to continue using the websites content, go through the menus etc.
I want the popup to be closed right after I click somewhere. When I click somewhere else the popup is still there and the website is working behind it.Can I do that and how?
