on multiple bookings can names of attendees be added to each item

    Hi,

    This plugin looks great.

    I have a question:

    when booking multiple occurrences of the same activity, is it possible to add attendees names or details to each occurrence? for example: I want to book 5 people onto a single yoga class and want to add each persons details.

    Otherwise the website admin would only have the details of the customer who made the booking and not the details of the other 4 attendees.

    Yes that’s it, you can request specific data from each participants with the Advanced Forms add-on, here is a demo, and the documentation.

    Your plugin looks excellent with really good documentation.

    I’m looking to also integrate the online booking with Woocommerce.
    Is there an option to layout the events in a basic vertical list rather than a calendar?

    something like:

    Event 1 Title | Event 1 date | Event 1 Cost | Event 1 Spaces Left | Book Event Button
    Event 2 Title | Event 2 date | Event 2 Cost | Event 2 Spaces Left | Book Event Button
    Event 3 Title | Event 3 date | Event 3 Cost | Event 3 Spaces Left | Book Event Button

    if this isn’t part of the plugin functionality would it be achievable using the API?

    Hello, Thanks a lot!
    There is a list view available in the Display Pack add-on (demo), but it may not look exactly as you want.

    You can use the API to create your own view indeed. For example, the Display Pack add-on uses the API to offer a totally different view (datepicker + event picker view).

    If you are to make custom code, use Booking Activities 1.9.0 code as a reference (currently in beta: download).
