On Mobile Stuck at Initializing

Hi @onemoreprince, I took a look but Print My Blog doesn’t look like its active anymore on that site. From my testing it works on desktop and mobile, but each browser can be different, and it doesn’t work with old browsers (eg Microsoft Internet Explorer.)
If you reactivate Print My Blog, or if you have a test site where the issue is happening, be sure to ping me. I’m going to leave this open for now, but in order to figure out what was going wrong I will need to see the problem happening somewhere.

I just activated it on the same site.

I have tested the issue on Google chrome on a few Android phones running 8+ versions & have found the issue on all phone, many website visitors also complained the same.

Hmm thanks for reporting the issue, I haven’t tried it on Android as I don’t own one. But it did work when I tried it on the iPhone I own using Mobile Safari and Chrome…
This is a tricky situation, as it’s a bit hard to debug without seeing the error happening. I’m going to try to run an Android emulator and see where that gets me…

No Worries, I have probably found the issue, when I created this ticket, I had “PWA for WP & AMP” was installed, I had deactivated it yesterday for some other reason.

When you mentioned its working on your iPhone then I tested it on a few android phone & it worked fine.

I just activated the “PWA for WP & AMP” plugin & the issue is back. Most likely there is some conflict with “PWA for WP & AMP” plugin.

Now Print My Blog PDF stuck at Initializing, on my android phone.

I am going deactivate “PWA for WP & AMP” & mark this ticket as resolved.

In case if you need help in debugging the conflict, let me know I will recreate the same environment on a separate test site.

Hi @onemoreprince, thanks for identifying the conflicting plugin. Yes, if you have a test site with this setup I’d like to figure out what was going wrong. I tried setting up PWA for WP & AMP on my dev site but couldn’t reproduce the problem, so I must be missing some setting.
