I can’t get it to work properly on the home page. I have to scroll the page up and down to get it to display in the footer.
If I visit the other pages the icon is displayed correctly.
Is there a way to resolve this?
I have tried changing the get_footer and wp_head options with no success.

Sorry, I’ve corrected it by shifting the pixels to the right by 40px.
If I had asked the question earlier, I would have found the solution sooner.
    Please excuse me.

    Hi,

Glad you found the solution by shifting the pixels. contact us if you have any future questions!

    Have a nice day,
    Thank you

I’m having an issue with the footer icons on my website’s homepage, https://dubaicurtainsandblinds.ae/. The icons are not displaying correctly—they only show up if I scroll up and down. This issue is only on the homepage; they display fine on other pages.

I’ve tried adjusting the get_footer and wp_head options, but it hasn’t fixed the problem. Is there another approach I could try to resolve this?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

It seems like the click-to-chat plugin is not active at this time. We are unable to debug the issue.

Possible reasons might be a cache issue. (This might delay with the loading of the javascript file that makes the chat widget display.).

    Have a nice day,
    Thank you
