it is a conflict but with UXBuilder of Flatsome template on ThemeForest.
I have deactivated all plugin and the bug still running, then i switched to the template Twenty Twenty-Two e the bug is fixed

We resolved the bug so please go to plugins > plugin file editor and select Counter Number Showcase plugin and go to assets > js > jquery.counterup.min.js file and copy the whole code and unminify it after this go to line number 43 and paste the below code.

// Destroy waypoint
this.destroy();

after paste the code minify the file again check it.
