    What version of WordPress and what version of WP Post to PDF?

    Same error here. WP 3.5.1 + WPPosttoPDF 2.3.1

    Please see this link, specifically, the portion pertaining to the “Headers already sent” issue.

    It is possible that there is something in your copy of the download, or some other file which is just now getting exposed.

    Alternatively (or in conjunction with reviewing your existing files), you might want to try one of my contributed builds (I did manage to remove some extra spaces during my edits, in case that’s where the problem lies). You may find my builds here.
