On Import Error while attempting to convert file

  • Hi,

    On import of even the most basic Word file I get this error.

    Error while attempting to convert file: Cannot read property ‘attributes’ of undefined

    It seems to show okay in the VisualEditor below.

    Running WordPress 5.3.2 on the7 theme on PHP 7.3 with WPBakery.

    Sorry for the slow response. If you’re still having trouble: do you have any other plugins installed? Do you get the same issue if you use the default theme and no other plugins?

    Which browser are you using? Do you get the same issue if you use another browser?

    If you open the developer tools using F12 and open the Console tab, do you see any errors when trying to import a document?

    I’m having the same issue but found the offending plugin. It works with WooCommerce 4.2, but breaks with WooCommerce 4.3.

    I have the same error with the Yoast SEO plugin. I was forced to downgrade the Yoast SEO plugin to 14.6.1 version.
