    Thanks for the explanation and video. I’m checking your site and I don’t see the plugin enabled. It’s very hard to know what’s happening without seeing the actual problem and the HTML code.

    If you enable the plugin we can take a look. But it looks like you’ll be better off if you contact the developers of the menu, as it’s obvious something is changing and their plugin doesn’t respond well, they’ll be in a much better position to know what could be happening.

    In any case, if you enable the plugin, we can take a look. Maybe you can create a test page and place the translator in that page only.

    Hi Thanks for the prompt reply,

    Yeah, I only tried this in my Local env. I just installed the plugin on the prod site and enabled it on a test page. The issue is still there. Can you please check and let me know what can be done?

    Thanks for setting up the test page. We’ve done a few tests. The menu stops working if the content of the menu entry changes. Regardless if the change comes from a translation plugin or if you manually change the text using browser’s developer tools, once the text changes, that branch of the menu stops working.

    You should contact the support of mega menus, they should be able to provide a solution for this.
