on homepage is last post title, not meta

    On our blog we show all the latest blog posts on the homepage. Even though we have filled in a meta title in the WP META SEO settings for the homepage and this shows in the homepage source code, but for some reason there is also the <title> in the source code, which is the title of our last post. And the page title displayed in the browser and on Google is not the meta, but that <title> Please help us in making sure the meta title from the settings shows up, and not that of the last post.

    and when i leave the twitter and facebook part blank, it still puts that into the source code with the meta title and description. why?

    anybody? basically the homepage will always show the title of the latest blog post and not the permanent title of the blog..

    if i dont get advice for a fix within 24 hours, then im just gonna uninstall the wp meta seo plugin and use another. please help!

    Hi,

    Sorry I missed your notification. The issue #1 is a bug with some themes, we are working on it. A fix will come in 2/3 days.

    The second issue with social networks is a more an improvement, but it’s a good idea as it can avoid us some conflict with 3rd party plugins.
