    My Client uses Bizowie for Order Fulfillment. Its API checks for new orders every 10 min… but some orders are set to On-Hold by the Authorize.net Gateway. Bizowie settings only look for (processing,completed,shop_order) so the On-Hold orders are not imported. But when we manually change Status for On-Hold to Processing the orders dont import. Bizowie support was not much help and just said

    “No idea. We are pinging for orders every 10 minutes so if the order has not come in then there is something wrong with the order. Have you tried contacting Woocommerce?”

    Any idea to why these orders manually marked as Processed from On-Hold would not be seen/imported by Bizowie?

  • In Bizowie, once the status changes to Processing (or one of the statuses chosen in the WooCommerce integration settings), the integration should pick it up automatically.
