Is it possible for orders with “On hold” status to be reflected on the vendor dashboard instead of just the orders with “Processing” status?

Also, can the order status be reflected on the sales report or orders report on frontend and backend? I’ve changed an order’s status to “Cancelled” and then “Failed”, the order was still reflected on the vendor dashboard orders report, frontend and backend. It would greatly help if the order status was reflected on the orders report so the vendors are informed about the order status.

I’m managing a marketplace that sells graphic design, so the products are all virtual and downloadable. Can the “Mark shipped” on orders be removed when the products are all virtual?

On the customer info, under the Capabilities settings tab, I’ve checked all capabilities of the vendor, including Allow vendors to view customer name, address, email, etc. But when I checked an order on the Vendor orders page, only the order number, product title, email address and date are filled up. No customer full name, address, city, state and ZIP.

    – No, orders should be “processing” so it would be reflected to the vendors’ dashboard.

    – This is available in our pro version.

    – There should be no Marked shipped option if the products are virtual.

    – I went ahead and checked this from my end and I was not able to replicate it, do you have any caching plugin? Could you please try to clear it and see if the information would work?
