On hold orders are receiving emails

The abandoned cart emails are being sent to customers with orders marked as ‘on hold’ even though they’ve submitted the orders. The reason why the orders aren’t marked as ‘processing’ from our end is because we haven’t manually captured the funds yet (we only ‘authorize’ to start out). This is useful for us to do fraud checks on orders before processing it – in case we need to just cancel it. Otherwise if you refund an order that’s already been captured, you are out of the 2.9% fee.
So basically what I’m getting at is that the ‘on hold’ orders don’t need to be sent reminder emails since they’ve already submitted payment info.
