    Hello !

    Is there a way to have online orders on hold (pending for cash payment) integrated in the orders list, so peaople who ordered online can pay on their arrival (it is for a conference event) ?

    If yes I dont understand how to do that ??

    Let me explain how wePOS was supposed to work and wePOS is responsible for how much for a WooCommerce-built website.

    For example, you have a physical store and an online version of it using WooCommerce. The wePOS plugin is used for registering orders that are placed from your physical store. This allows your e-store’s inventory synced with the physical inventory. Otherwise, the physical store’s entries needed to be deployed manually on the site.

    In the use case of wePOS, there is no chance for online orders as online orders are managed by WooCommerce. wePOS is just for registering the physical store’s/outlet’s orders to sync with the e-store.

    Would you mind describing what exactly your use case is that you want to achieve using wePOS so that I can connect more with your requirement?

    Hi !

    Thank you for your answer.
    The scenario is simple :
    – people book online (a woo virtual product, so)
    – payment can be bank transfert (wepos not concerned) OR cash at the entrance

    So just need that online orders can appear in the “orders” list, so that the cashier at the entrance can select the name/order and then proceed to manual payment, without the mess of going to tha back office ??

    is that more clear ? ??

    Now your requirement is more clear to me. Right now this feature is unavailable by default in wePOS to register an already existing order via POS. If you want to have this feature then this will require proper customization.

    As per our support policy, we are unable to provide our users with a custom solution, but I am keeping this thread open so that anyone can contribute if they want to.
