On-hold email

  • Hello and thanks for this very nice plugin.

    I created and additional bank, so now I have the BACS gateway and this one.
    I’m experiencing an issue: when an user select this gateway, while in the thank you page he gets the bank details correctly printed, they are not present in the on-hold email.

    Any idea?

    Hello,

    I’ve tested it, and the bank details are correctly printed on the email. Please make sure you’re using the latest version of WordPress, WooCommerce, and this plugin. Also please try to disable other plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme.
