    When changing order status from On On Hold (Authorize payment) to Completed, the payment stays uncaptured. Isn’t it meant to capture?

    Yes if you selected Authorise Only mode on plugin settings, the plugin should capture the payment on your account if you update the order status to Completed or Processing. I tested this case and did not encounter any problem, please update your plugin to the latest version (if you are using the previous versions).
