    I checked your site and test the form. Indeed, the cookie “pum-18538” is not working on form submission.

    I made a test on my test environment using Popup Maker v1.16.2 and Gravity Forms. However, the cookie worked properly as seen here https://share.getcloudapp.com/Z4ujkboQ

    Could you please check if you are using the latest version of Popup Maker and Gravity Forms? If your plugins are outdated, kindly update them to the latest version. Please also ensure to clear all the cache of the site after updating the plugins.

    The popup maker and gravity form both are latest version.
    Yes you are right the cookie “pum-18538” is not working. There are no cache plugin installed. I was also cleared cache but no results.

    I am getting mad ??
    What should I do now????
