• when running export for even 23 records (no load) im directed to

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-reports&tab=customer_source&report=customer_source_export might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
    ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

    @joetechpc this might be an issue with your server capacity. if you export with a lower number is it successful? if you get an export file with 5 or 10 entries then is is an issue with your server, you need to contact your hosting support and see what they can do to optimize your server to handle such requests. try exporting a lower number and let me know your results.

    Unfortunately it happens with even 1 export record. The server is dedicated and has plenty of resources. Is there another idea?. I can reach out to server support and ask them ..is there any database name I should have them check?

    @joetechpc try triggering the error again and check the error log of your server and check what causes the issue.

    Tried again with server support on the phone. No error logs appeared in Apache. and all memory limits were increased to well above standard’s

    @joetechpc Hi thanks for testing that, I have not encountered this issue with the plugin though. Have you ruled out plugin conflicts? if possible can you try cloning your current install and with the clone try disabling all plugins except Woocommerce and our plugin then run an export again.

    If this still fails please do wait a few days as we will be releasing a new version of the plugin with improvements. We’ll see if that will work for you.

    Hello. is there a location other than here where i can get the update? it seems the one listed is showing 8months old still.
    Also is there a way for me to manually pull this data while waiting for a fix? perhaps is phpmyadmin?

    @joetechpc Hi, we are still finalizing the plugin before release. have you tested for plugin conflicts as I suggested before?
