    Hi Dilan,

The thread you have linked to is referring to the mobile menu. That is easier now – just set the Effect (Mobile) to Off Canvas, and it’ll automatically add an overlay.

For the desktop menu it is not a built in feature, and not something we cover under support. You can search the forums for “dim the lights” and it should bring up some ideas, but you would need to custom code it yourself.

    Regards,
    Tom

    Hi @megamenu ,

    Thank you for the reply.

Is it possible to share the code with me?

    Best regards,
    Dilan

    Hi Dilan,

This is not something I cover under support (free or Pro), so it is something you would need to ask a freelancer to help you with.

    Hi Dilan,

You should be able to use jQuery to detect when the menu element is being hovered over to add/remove the class.

    Tom
