On Custom Single Loop PAGINATION dont work.

Hello,
I have run website on WordPress 3.1.1 and make a Custom Category Loop, and Custom Single with category include, but i need to make pagination on this category, if it is a ep.alfa.lt/videos pagination is working, but on https://ep.alfa.lt/2011/03/eureka-es-pletros-istorija/ pagination dont work.
