On clicking proceed to next step without even paying order becomes successful

    I tested this plugin on of my websites:

    go to check out
    go to verify payment without paying.
    order shows successful. send invoice to customer as paid.

    do not confuse with order on hold staus.

    As NCPI does not allow to use their API in websites, it is not possible to verify the transaction automatically.
