On 100 % discount WooCommerce doesnot compliant

There is no option to offer a product discount depending on a payment gateway on WooCommerce core. You can set sale prices when editing the product, or you can set it to zero if you want to give it for free.

Also, you can use coupons to offer discounts and rewards to your users. You can check this documentation for pointers:

You can also use a plugin like Smart Coupons for that.

Regarding the issue you have, is it happening only with the 100% discount you made or other products as well? Because I think this is related to the Bykea Cash plugin you are using.

To be sure of this, please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, enable your Check payments method for testing and then make a purchase test to see if the issue persists. If that solves it, then re-enable all plugins one-by-one, until you find the one creating the conflict.

If you cannot perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

I have tried with other Payment Gateways & it works fine with COD & Direct Bank etc. I am using Woo Payment Discounts plugin for discounts.

The problem is it works fine with 99% but when I turned it to 100% it doesn’t work.

Bykea Cash accepts a minimum of 20 PKR but the question is payment gateway vanished before hitting gateway API.
