    Hi there,

The Omnisend plugin has worked for a few weeks without problem. However, since about a week it keeps disconnecting from my Woocommerce store. Every few hours I need to manually allow permissions to sync data and it causes a problem with the e-mail automations because new customers aren’t loaded into Omnisend anymore.

Is there a long term fix for this? Now I have to manually add customers to a segment to send them their order information and it’s very tedious. I already asked support on the website but I figured I can use all the help I can get.

    Thank you in advance.

Could you please confirm that you have tried to follow the steps to resolve it provided here?

If that didn’t help, would you be so kind to try to troubleshoot the issue following the steps described in our dedicated article here?

If none of the above work, could you please provide us with more information on what steps exactly you follow to add permissions from your end?

    Thank you!

Looking forward to hearing back from you!
