Are the items; ingredient lists, equipment, directions; all headings? Can you please share a link to the page so I can see?

I think technically they must be headings then. It is inside the recipe card.

Yes, there are indeed using headings. My best suggestion is to edit the post, scroll to the Table of Contents and select only the h1 and h2 headings. The recipe title will still be included, but the rest will be excluded.
