Omit folder structure in URL

I’m looking to update internal links in wp_post that have changed folder structure after a migration.
Example of old URL: https://www.legacy.com/news/celebrity-deaths/notable-deaths/article/beth-chapman-2019-dog-the-bounty-hunter-star
Example of desired URL: https://www.legacy.com/beth-chapman-2019-dog-the-bounty-hunter-star/
How do I go about updating by omitting the entire folder structure and just retaining the post slug?
