  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

Do you have a recent database backup?

I deactivated all plugins, and NOTHING! I am sick! So all of my posts and pages are gone never to be retrieved?!

i also switched to the default theme, and NOTHING!

Try contacting your hosts in case they have a database backup. This is why regular backups are so important.

I will contact host gator, but is there any explanation as to what may have caused this??

What’s your website? Its possible that you got hacked or something crazy happened on your hosting server.

Just saw your site… let us know what HostGator says.

Have you changed any settings in your permalinks structure?

You may also want to check your .htaccess file.

I feel really ill, I did the pretty links quite some time ago. The only recent change I made was yesterday, adding Google Friend Connect and a couple of plugins (most recent posts and a text plugin).

I’ll let you know what Host gator says.

What do people get out of hacking someone’s blog??!! I don’t get it.

    I monid66.

Last night, everything was fine on my blog, and now my husband just called me to tell me that nothing shows. I believe I’m experiencing the same problem as you are. I’m trying to figure out what it is. I’ll keep you “posted”.
    …I feed your pain.

    settings the permalink as deafult.

    [EDIT]

Also activate the twenty ten theme or deafult theme.

Annie, its painful as you know.

I did restore the default permalink settings, and activated the default theme, but nothing.

Hostgator does have a backup, that they will gladly charge $15 for.
