OMG ! All forms destroyed !!

Sorry you are having trouble.
I looked at your site and your contact page did have the form on it, the plugin seems to be working.

There was a technical error that might have cause the vCita button to appear on the form. I have since fixed it in the download, but if you do not want to use vCita,
you can disable vCita on the Scheduling tab on the contact form settings page.

If you have a cache plugin, after making changes to your form, you have to empty the cache from the cache plugin settings. Or the changes may not immediately reflect on your page.

I just updated your plugin and all of my forms disappeared! I had about 10 of them, and they were very complicated to create, so I really don’t want to have to re-create them.

I’m getting an error:
Contact Form Shortcode Error: Form 2 does not exist

I had that experience too. Luckily only one form and I think I’ve more or less recreated it. I was about to include the link to our contact form in a post I was creating and went there to grab the url and was surprised to find the error:
Contact Form Shortcode Error: Form 1 does not exist

I logged in and updated the plugin hoping that would fix it. But it didn’t. The admin fields were empty/default for that form.

found a fix here. Formatting is off, but at least the forms reappeared.

i do all what you asking me to do
and i write it in the first post already
right now really i cant open the section of plugins
and i didn’t want to use the vCita and i already didn’t use it before
i’m use this plugin before months and it’s working very well but after the last few updates this happened and i’m really sad cause if this problem still like that more time this means big problem fro me ??
and i created 4 forms but it’s working for more than 150 page
so, i still I suffering ??
i dont know what i should i do
i try to open the plugins and i can’t
this happened after the last updates

all forms not working from any page on the website
i’m already created 4 forms

Group Reservation
and all right now not working
i just telling you to be informed by the real situation exactly happened right now

We still working to fix our problems with the plugin
some of the forms back to work right now
but we still working to fix all problems
i read the steps you asking me to read it
and we found some technical errors
and we continue our efforts to fix all errors but we still try to found
the solution that make us make us sure that all forms by the plugin working !
so, i have to thank you for your care and your reply
and when we finish our work i will write to you about all issues
but i want to tell you something about the view of the forms
why it’s seems good in preview and in the real on pages seems different?
