Omega Theme – Month View Issue

    Hi,

    I found out that while using Omega Theme by ThemeHall, the month view doesn’t work properly on mobile. It shows the event title + dot, even though it should show just a dot.

    This issue is fixed when switching to next/prev month, so it is present only when loading/refreshing the page or selecting a month view from the list of views.

    I know that resolving theme conflict issues is probably out of scope of this free support forum, but I wanted to give it a try anyway. Maybe there is a simple solution to this.

    It’s not a theme we’re familiar with, I’m afraid. Perhaps though you could share a link to a live example (then, even if we can’t assist directly, it’s possible another community member will see a possible solution).

    The website is currently in development and I can’t share it yet unfortunately. But if you give me your email, I will send it to you. Would it be possible?

    Also, the issue with the theme I mentioned is universal, so if you have a chance to temporarily switch to that theme, you will see the problem described.

    Unfortunately, the post you sent me was about a different issue than mine.

    I will surely reach out to the theme developers as well, however, I think that it would be easier for you to think of a possible cause of the issue.

    Do you have any idea what could be causing a different behaviour of the calendar when the page is loaded/refreshed vs. when it’s “initialised” by next/prev month buttons?

    It seems to me like the calendar works properly as soon as it takes control of itself by using it’s buttons etc., but the initial loading/refreshing of a page blocks it somehow.

    I would be very grateful if you could think of it a little!

    Are you still experiencing this issue with your theme?

    If you do, please make sure you update to the latest version of our plugin and see if any changes.

    If you still experience the issue, please let us know if the theme authors were able to see the issue and provide some insight about it.
