Olympiad Registration site

Hello!

I work on site which will be used for registering schoolchildren in math olympiad. Problem which i have is how to make registration form which automatically gives random codes to schoolchildren when they finish registration and then when they search by these unique codes on site, show their points in olympiad.

is any plugin for it or something which helps me?
