Old version of Font Awesome supported by plugin

My wordpress theme supports font awesome 4.7.0 while Ultimate member plugin supports font awesome 4.2.0.

Problem
Two different sets of font awesome are downloaded, which affects the page speed.

Request
either upgrade font awesome in the Plugin or tell a way out so that font awesome is downloaded once
